The Braided Loaf Baking Backstory
Born from a love of classic Jewish Deli cuisine, Braided Loaf Baking is the result of a longstanding dream it's CBO (Chief Bread Officer) Dave has had to put his own spin on some of the delicacies he grew up with.

Dave comes to Braided Loaf Baking from the tech industry, and he aims to utilize some of the skills acquired in that career - particularly around customer service - when starting this new venture.

Started in 2024, Dave is excited to be offering Challah and Babka to the area!
Our Challah and Babka
Our Challah brings the classic taste of a bread steeped in tradition going back thousands of years to the wider North Shore of Massachusetts.

With initial variety of flavors, we aim to please those who have been eating Challah at Friday night Shabbat dinner since childhood, those who have never heard of Challah and everyone in between.
Our Babka is a sweet braided bread with Eastern European roots, made from layers of soft dough swirled with luscious fillings like chocolate and cinnamon sugar. Each slice is a beautiful balance of fluffy, tender texture and indulgent flavor.
This rich treat will be your new favorite desert, sweet breakfast item or hit at your next family gathering!
